Crux Electrical Systems respects your privacy. This policy explains what this website collects, why it is used, and the choices available to you.

Information you provide

When you request an assessment, the website may collect your name, email, organization, site location, site type, primary need, timing, project description, and the source page used. Organization is optional for residential requests. Please do not submit sensitive personal information that is not reasonably necessary for the inquiry.

How information is used

Assessment information is used to understand the site and requested work, schedule appointments, complete assessments, prepare reports, communicate with you, manage work you request, maintain business records, prevent abuse, and meet legal or regulatory obligations where applicable. Residential assessment and appointment records are handled in accordance with British Columbia’s Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA).

Appointment scheduling and business records

Crux uses Google Calendar and Google Appointment Scheduling to show appointment availability, collect booking information, create calendar appointments, and send appointment-related notifications. Relevant booking information may include your name, phone number, email address, service address, and appointment details.

Crux may use Zoho applications, including customer-relationship and project-management tools, to maintain customer records; manage jobs, projects, and assessment progress; manage follow-up work; and maintain business records. Relevant information may include contact, service-address, appointment, job/service, and assessment-related administrative information.

Form delivery and security

Cloudflare Pages hosts the website and Cloudflare Turnstile helps reduce automated abuse. Resend delivers assessment requests to Crux Electrical Systems by email. These providers process information only as needed to provide those functions and under their own privacy terms.

Analytics and cookies

Optional Google Analytics is disabled unless you accept analytics cookies or enable it through Cookie Settings. If enabled, it may collect page visits, device and browser information, approximate region, and general interaction data. Essential storage and security tools may still operate so the site and forms work. Crux Electrical Systems does not sell personal information.

Sharing and retention

Information may be shared with service providers that support appointment scheduling, business administration, hosting, form delivery, spam prevention, and optional analytics, or disclosed where legally required or permitted. For Summergate appointments, individual homeowner reports and assessment results are not provided to the Summergate strata, strata council, insurers, or other third parties without the homeowner’s authorization, except where disclosure is required or permitted by law. Information is retained only as long as reasonably necessary to respond, provide services, maintain appropriate business records, resolve disputes, and meet applicable obligations.

Your choices

You can keep analytics off or change Cookie Settings at any time. You may also request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you provided, subject to legal and operational requirements.
