You’ll receive photos showing the condition before and after cleaning.

While we’re there, we look for obvious visible concerns with wiring, conduit, mounting hardware, and panel condition.
Solar-aware service
Work is completed by a Red Seal electrician with PV experience, not a general exterior cleaner.
This is not a formal electrical inspection. If we see something concerning, we’ll flag it.

No. We use a panel-safe soft brush method. Pressure washing is not used on the panels.

No, but photos help us confirm access and pricing faster. Without photos, we’ll review the request before booking.

A photo of the panels, the roof or ladder access, the driveway or setup area, and any heavy buildup such as bird droppings, moss, or sap.
